The end product of cassava processing is garri proper and the enterprise intends to sell to the public.

 

The product can be used for preparing Eba Soak in cold or ordinary water for drinking or mixed with some food when eating, for example beans.

 

Garri is staple food for most Nigerian and the main food for the low earners, therefore the enterprises will always find a market for its produce. The main factor that might affect the proposed business is the location and this is not so much of a problem.

 

Any where the business is located the market can still be reached and I envisage that the will be no problem of labour. The product would be packed in various sizes and consumers the product which will be district and this favourably completes with other products of its type in the markets.

 

1.5 MARKET:

Taken into,'consideration the market situation it has been much such that allows those with genuine ideas bring into the market then innovations and a new demotion. About 85% of Nigerian's use cassava as garri and there have been an every increasing demand for the product as the population increases. The product is largely consumer in the western and eastern parts of Nigeria.

 

Presently the demand for this product it on the increase in the northern part of the country as well. This can be responsible to the irrigation of people in the south and the north.

 

The product is unique as it would come in various sizes weight and variety and it would be packed in such a way that customers who come across this product would spread the good news of the product to other people.
