Our model is built on acquiring a fleet of buses, minibuses, sedans, and delivery vans powered by technology platforms for scheduling, e-ticketing, GPS tracking, and customer feedback. 2.1 Background

The Lagos transportation system is under immense strain due to rapid urbanisation, limited road infrastructure, and an unstructured public transport network. Millions of workers, students, traders, and tourists rely on a mix of under-maintained yellow buses (danfos), kekes (tricycles), and motorcycles (okadas), often with no safety or comfort assurance. Additionally, corporate organisations struggle with staff mobility challenges.

MetroSwift Transports Ltd. is established to provide clean, organized, time-bound, and user-friendly transportation services, leveraging modern fleet management and customer-focused policies. With our fleet management technology and maintenance schedule, we plan to stand out in reliability and convenience.

2.2 Legal Structure

MetroSwift will be registered as a Private Limited Liability Company (Ltd) under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and regulated by the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation, Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA), and the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
