Bread is an essential commodity that is generally consumed by human being both old and young, poor or rich.  It is also a kind of food usually consumed by student often.  It has high demand.

The population competitors lack availability of raw materials are major factors that must be taken into consideration.

This part of the country is very large that the rate of consumption is very large too considering the quality of the product.  Research shows that even local areas has highest market for the product in the state.

PRODUCTION TARGET

Production target is making this bread up to 200 loaves per day i.e 6,000 loaves per month and 108,000 loaves per annum.  The company policy is to work for 30 days in a month, which include Saturday and Sunday because it must always be fresh daily.

Working hours musty be 7am – 2pm and 2pm to 9pm, 9pm – 6am as it is on shifting basis.  Each has 6 workmen including supervisors.
