This project relates to the promotion of tourism and the need for the provision of conferencing facilities.
This feasibility report project’s only immediate competitor is Stalad Hotel, just 2 kilometres away location of study. It has eight (8)Chalets of three (3) bedrooms each. They have two (2) bathrooms, Satellite Television, communal swimming pool, self-catering facilities, laundry service and braai facilities. Their charges are as thus:
