2.1 Legal Structure and Ownership

Lagos Chill Ice Blocks Ltd. will be registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Ownership will be shared among two partners, with the managing partner holding 60% equity and the technical partner 40%.

2.2 Business Location

The business will operate from a leased property in Aboru, Alimosho LGA, selected for its affordability, access to major markets, and availability of industrial borehole water. The facility will include:

• A production room (10m x 7m)
• Water treatment & storage section
• Cold room for pre-distribution holding
• Generator and fuel storage space
• Loading area for van logistics
